We are leading the way in developing environmentally friendly homes built to the requirements of Code for Sustainable Homes. We source many of our materials from Deepings Trading Company to ensure not just quality and cost-effectiveness but also environmental sustainability and traceability for products such as timber.

Key business areas

• We operate throughout the East of England and the East Midlands, particularly within Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire and Rutland.
• We have particular expertise as a building contractor working with registered social landlords (RSL's) such as housing associations and local authorities, often working on full partnering and framework contracts to provide a complete development service.
• We undertake a wide range of local authority projects, normally procured through the competitive tender procedure.
• We are builders of commercial premises including retail, office and leisure developments.
• We have years of experience as a house builder, working on everything from exclusive small bespoke schemes to larger general housing projects.
• We construct cost-effective industrial premises, including purpose-built factory and warehouse units.
• We provide an 'aftercare' facility for developers, offering a full defects and emergency service on sites from which the original construction team has moved on to tackle other projects.
