AFTERBUILD

Working with customer care organisation Afterbuild we operate under the name of Afterbuild (East Midlands) to provide a first class after sales service to buyers of new homes built by other companies.  The service is paid for by the house builder to resolve any problems which occur with homes during the first two years from the date of completion (the Builders Liability Period).

If the builder has completed the development, site staff will have moved onto other jobs.  To have to return to site can mean an expensive journey for a trademan based many miles away.

Afterbuild provides a high quality service from locally-based skilled trades people.  Because home builders only pay Afterbuild once for this service (irrespective of how many calls may be received over the two years) they no longer have to worry about future costs for defect work.
